These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Everwell Peptides concerning the website, store, accounts, communications, product information, and related services collectively referred to as the Services.

You accept this agreement when you visit or use the Services, register an account, submit an order, or otherwise interact with a feature governed by these terms.

You may use the Services only when you are at least 21 years old, legally able to enter an agreement, and authorized to acquire research materials for lawful laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro work. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Do not use the Services if you cannot make these representations or do not agree with these terms.

Every product sold by Everwell Peptides is supplied exclusively for legitimate laboratory research. Unless Everwell expressly states otherwise in writing, products are not designed, labeled, approved, or offered as foods, drugs, cosmetics, supplements, medical devices, veterinary products, household goods, or consumer products.

• No product may be consumed, injected, inhaled, implanted, applied, administered, prescribed, dispensed, or introduced into a human or animal body.
• No product may be used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent a disease or medical condition.
• No product may be compounded, repackaged, promoted, transferred, or resold for a prohibited application.
• Website materials, scientific references, and COAs are informational research resources and are not medical or professional advice.

Before acquiring a product, you are responsible for independently determining whether it is lawful and suitable for your proposed research. You must possess the training, facilities, controls, protective equipment, documentation procedures, storage conditions, and disposal resources required for safe handling.

You agree to review the product label and available technical or batch documentation, restrict access to qualified personnel, comply with applicable federal, state, local, institutional, and industry requirements, and obtain any required authorization, license, registration, or protocol approval.

Everwell may request information about your identity, qualifications, facility, or proposed research and may decline, limit, delay, or cancel an order when additional review is appropriate.

Registration and checkout information must remain accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, limiting access to your devices, and notifying Everwell promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

You may not impersonate another person, create automated or deceptive accounts, transfer an account, or use multiple accounts to bypass eligibility reviews, order limits, suspensions, promotions, or other restrictions.

Everwell may require age, email, identity, or research-use verification and may restrict or close an account to investigate misuse, protect the Services, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

We work to present names, quantities, concentrations, prices, images, stock information, descriptions, and documentation accurately. Typographical errors, display differences, technical inaccuracies, and later updates may occur.

Product images are illustrative and packaging or presentation may change. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve inventory. Everwell may correct information, place an item on backorder, restrict quantities, substitute presentation, or discontinue a product without advance notice.

Certificates of Analysis reflect the identified sample or batch and do not guarantee that every unit or future batch will produce identical results.

An order submission is an offer to purchase. A confirmation or payment request acknowledges receipt but does not constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs after any required review and payment verification have been completed.

Everwell may hold, limit, reject, or cancel an order because of product availability, inaccurate information, listing or calculation errors, suspected fraud, policy circumvention, purchaser eligibility concerns, legal restrictions, or unusual order activity.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Discounts, affiliate codes, promotions, free gifts, shipping offers, and store credit are subject to their displayed terms and may not be combined. We may correct an obvious pricing or promotional error and cancel the affected portion with an appropriate adjustment.

You authorize the selected payment method and represent that payment information and transfers are legitimate. Orders remain pending until the required payment has been received and confirmed.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Payment review, inventory, backorders, carriers, weather, holidays, address issues, emergencies, and other events may affect timing.

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Risk associated with an address error supplied by you, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve a package, or carrier activity outside Everwell's reasonable control may remain with you to the extent permitted by law.

All fulfilled orders are final sale except where a different remedy is approved or required by law. Additional details are provided in the Shipping & Returns Policy.

You may not interfere with the Services, probe or bypass security, scrape or automate access without permission, introduce malicious code, commit fraud, submit false information, misuse promotions or affiliate tracking, infringe another party's rights, or use Everwell content or products for unlawful or prohibited purposes.

Everwell names, logos, labels, graphics, text, photographs, software, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Everwell and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal access does not transfer ownership or authorize reproduction, commercial reuse, or creation of misleading derivative materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are supplied on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Everwell does not promise uninterrupted website access, error-free information, suitability for a particular experiment, or a particular research outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everwell and its owners, personnel, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits, or losses arising from prohibited use, improper handling, purchaser error, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Everwell parties harmless from claims, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your breach, prohibited use, unlawful conduct, mishandling, transfer, resale, or infringement of another party's rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The separate Release of Liability provides additional terms.

These terms and incorporated policies are the complete agreement concerning their subject matter. If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary and the remainder will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

You may not assign your rights or obligations without Everwell's written permission. Everwell may assign this agreement in connection with a reorganization, financing, asset transfer, or other business transaction.

Electronic account, order, payment, shipping, security, and policy notices satisfy written-notice requirements where permitted. Updated terms become effective when posted or on the stated effective date. Terms governing an accepted order generally remain those in effect when submitted unless law, fraud prevention, security, or your express agreement requires otherwise.
