Information may come directly from you; automatically from browsers, devices, cookies, pixels, local storage, and server logs; or from payment, fraud-screening, tax, shipping, analytics, advertising, email, affiliate, and customer-support providers.

We may also receive referral details from an affiliate URL, QR code, promotional code, or campaign source and information from an authorized representative or another lawful source where appropriate.

How Information May Be Shared

We may provide information to vendors that perform services for Everwell, including hosting, security, payment verification, tax calculation, order management, fulfillment, shipping, communications, analytics, marketing, and affiliate administration.

Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers; government authorities or other parties when legally required; parties involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer; and recipients you direct or authorize.

Affiliate Access Is Limited

Affiliates may receive attribution and commission information needed to administer referrals. They are not provided customer payment credentials or other sensitive payment details.

06

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Cookies and similar technologies may maintain sessions and cart contents, support authentication and security, remember choices, measure website performance, attribute affiliate activity, and evaluate marketing campaigns.

You may manage nonessential technologies through available site controls, browser settings, or provider tools. Blocking technologies required for login, carts, checkout, fraud prevention, or security may prevent those features from working.

07

Retention and Security

We retain information for the time reasonably necessary to provide services, complete transactions, administer accounts and affiliates, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy tax, accounting, recordkeeping, or legal obligations.

Everwell uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Use a unique password, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected misuse.

08

Your Choices and Controls

  • Review or update available profile and shipping information through your account.
  • Manage email and SMS marketing preferences independently through the account newsletter page.
  • Use unsubscribe instructions in promotional messages where available.
  • Adjust browser or website cookie controls, understanding that essential features may be affected.
  • Contact Everwell for account, privacy, or communication assistance.

Necessary order, security, account, and service communications may still be delivered even when marketing is disabled.

09

Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; limit certain sensitive-data uses; withdraw consent; appeal a decision; or exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.

Submit a request through our contact page and identify it as a privacy request. We may verify your identity, account, residence, and authority before responding. Requests may be limited or denied where law permits, including when information is needed for transactions, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or legal claims.

10

Everwell and its providers may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions where they operate. Appropriate transfer measures will be used where required.

Payment services, carriers, social networks, embedded tools, and linked websites maintain their own policies. Review those policies before providing information directly to an external service.
