Inclusive Digital Access

AccessibilityPolicy

Everwell Peptides is committed to making its website understandable, navigable, and usable for visitors with a broad range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.

Effective
Last Updated

Accessibility is ongoing. We work toward substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level A and Level AA and continue evaluating new content, functionality, and third-party services.

Access for More People

Designed for Clearer, More Independent Use

Our accessibility work covers navigation, structure, forms, status messaging, visual contrast, keyboard operation, responsive layouts, and support alternatives.

01

Our Accessibility Commitment

Everwell aims to provide equitable access to product information, COAs, customer accounts, carts, checkout, policies, and support resources. Accessibility considerations are incorporated into design, development, content updates, and testing.

Because websites and assistive technologies continually change, accessibility is treated as a continuing program rather than a one-time certification.

02

Target Standard

Our goal is substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA, including applicable Level A criteria. WCAG provides a recognized framework for content that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

References to a conformance goal describe our design and remediation objective and are not a guarantee that every page, browser combination, document, or third-party feature will always be free from isolated barriers.

03

Navigation, Content, and Interaction

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, lists, labels, and link purposes where practical.
  • Keyboard access for primary navigation, custom dropdowns, forms, dialogs, sliders, and account controls.
  • Visible focus indicators and logical interaction order.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful imagery and hidden treatment for decorative imagery.
  • Responsive layouts that support zoom and a range of viewport sizes.
  • Color contrast and non-color indicators for important states.
  • Status and error messaging intended to be available to assistive technology.
  • Reduced-motion support where animation is not essential.

Common controls should work with Tab and Shift+Tab for movement, Enter or Space for activation, arrow keys where a composite control requires them, and Escape to close supported overlays or menus.

04

Forms, Accounts, and Transactions

We work to provide associated labels, clear instructions, predictable controls, input purposes, accessible validation, persistent message space, and recovery guidance across account registration, address entry, cart management, checkout, affiliate forms, and support requests.

Security, fraud prevention, legal requirements, payment platforms, and third-party services may create additional steps. Contact us if you need help completing a supported process or need information in an alternative format.

05

Browser and Assistive-Technology Compatibility

The website is intended to work with current versions of widely used browsers, operating systems, screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech-input software, and keyboard-only navigation.

Older browsers, unsupported operating systems, custom security settings, blocked scripts, browser extensions, and uncommon technology combinations may affect functionality. Updating software and enabling required website features may improve compatibility.

06

Third-Party Content and Services

Some payment, shipping, analytics, social, laboratory-document, embedded, or linked services are controlled by third parties. We do not control their source code or accessibility decisions, but we consider accessibility when selecting services and communicate reported issues when practical.

The third party's accessibility policy governs its independent platform. Everwell will try to provide a reasonable alternative for an essential Everwell process when one is available.

07

Known and Potential Limitations

Temporary or isolated barriers may arise from newly published content, legacy documents, browser differences, third-party interfaces, technical defects, dynamic updates, or changes in assistive technology.

PDF laboratory documents may originate from independent laboratories. If an available COA is difficult to access, contact us and identify the product or document so we can provide reasonable assistance where possible.

08

Testing and Continuous Improvement

Accessibility work may include automated checks, keyboard testing, responsive review, contrast evaluation, semantic-code inspection, form testing, and review with assistive technologies. Automated tools are useful but do not identify every barrier, so manual review remains important.

We prioritize issues that block navigation, account access, ordering, checkout, policy review, COA access, or support communication.

09

Accessibility Assistance and Alternatives

If a disability-related barrier prevents access to content or functionality, contact Everwell and describe the page, task, device, browser, and assistive technology involved. Do not include passwords or payment credentials.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information, an accessible alternative, or assistance with the supported process, subject to security, identity-verification, legal, and operational requirements.

10

Feedback and Response

Accessibility feedback helps us identify issues that automated review may miss. We will acknowledge and investigate reports, prioritize the impact, and communicate available alternatives or remediation information when appropriate.
