Approved affiliates may promote Everwell through authorized links, QR codes, and promotional codes and may earn commissions from qualifying paid orders properly attributed by Everwell's records.

Participation is a revocable program privilege, not employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or authority to bind Everwell. Affiliates are independent participants responsible for their own activity, expenses, taxes, licenses, and legal compliance.

Applicants must be at least 21, provide truthful and complete information, maintain an eligible Everwell account, understand the research-only nature of the catalog, and have lawful promotional channels.

Submission does not guarantee approval. Everwell may approve, reject, condition, suspend, or terminate participation based on program fit, compliance history, identity or payout verification, promotional methods, fraud concerns, or business needs.

Everwell may provide a unique affiliate key, tracking URL, QR code, customer promo code, creative materials, and dashboard access. These assets remain subject to Everwell control and may be changed or disabled.

Affiliates must use the assets accurately and may not alter a destination, hide referral behavior, imitate Everwell's website, or create confusing domains, accounts, advertisements, or materials.

Attribution depends on the tracking information, promotional code, order record, payment status, and program logic recorded by Everwell. Browser settings, blocked cookies, deleted storage, device changes, competing referrals, or an omitted code may prevent attribution.

Only one standard affiliate may receive credit for an order. Affiliate interaction with a customer does not override the controlling attribution record or create a right to split a commission.

Everwell records control absent a verified system error. Requests for review must identify the affiliate account, order, date, and reason for the request.

The standard affiliate commission is 30% of the eligible paid-sale amount when the qualifying order is properly attributed and no customer discount applies.

A pending, unpaid, canceled, reversed, fraudulent, refunded, or otherwise ineligible order does not earn commission. Dashboard amounts may remain pending until payment, attribution, and eligibility are confirmed.

The final effective discount recorded for the eligible order controls. Automatic offers, promo codes, special pricing, storewide sales, account offers, store credit, manual adjustments, excluded products, taxes, shipping, and non-product amounts may affect the commissionable value.

An order generally qualifies only after valid attribution, confirmed payment, completion of required review, and confirmation that it is not fraudulent, duplicated, canceled, reversed, refunded, self-generated for manipulation, or otherwise excluded.

Commissions generally do not apply to shipping, tax, refunded value, canceled items, unsupported adjustments, invalid or unauthorized purchases, transactions created primarily to generate compensation, or an amount expressly excluded by the program.

If eligibility later changes, Everwell may correct the record and deduct the related amount from unsettled earnings, a later period, store credit, or another amount owed where permitted.

The affiliate dashboard may show referrals, eligible transactions, discounts, commission rates, pending and approved earnings, monthly periods, settlement status, and store credit.

Figures are informational while an order or monthly period remains open. The amount approved by Everwell after review controls the settlement.

The threshold is measured separately for each completed month. Earnings under $500 do not roll forward toward a later cash threshold. Exactly $500 satisfies the payout threshold.

Store credit settles the applicable month, is usable on eligible Everwell purchases, and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Affiliates must maintain accurate payout and tax information. Everwell is not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by inaccurate details, unavailable accounts, third-party restrictions, or required review.

Every affiliate promotion must clearly and conspicuously disclose the compensated relationship close to the recommendation or link and before a customer makes a purchasing decision.

• Use plain language such as “I may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through this link.”
• Make disclosures visible and understandable on each applicable post, page, video, message, or advertisement.
• Do not rely only on a profile page, hidden hashtag, terms page, or vague wording.
• Comply with FTC guidance, platform rules, advertising laws, and any Everwell instructions.

Affiliates must present products as research materials only and may not make medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, disease, safety, effectiveness, approval, or personal-use claims.

• Do not bid on or misuse Everwell trademarks, impersonate Everwell, or create confusing domains or social accounts.
• Do not use spam, unlawful messaging, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, or hidden attribution.
• Do not misstate prices, discounts, availability, testing, purity, COAs, shipping, policies, or program benefits.
• Do not publish fabricated reviews, fake endorsements, altered COAs, unauthorized labels, or misleading before-and-after claims.
• Do not manipulate orders, identities, accounts, referrals, discounts, or payment activity to create commission.

Everwell may review referrals, orders, discounts, reports, credits, and payouts; correct errors; withhold unsettled amounts during investigation; reverse improper credit; and request supporting information.

Participation may be restricted or terminated for false information, policy violations, prohibited claims, brand misuse, fraud, manipulation, legal risk, noncompliance, or inactivity. Rights to invalid or unsettled commissions may be forfeited where permitted.

Everwell may change, pause, replace, or discontinue program features, rates, discounts, tools, eligibility requirements, payout methods, and settlement rules. Changes generally apply prospectively from their stated effective date unless correction, fraud prevention, or law requires otherwise.

For assistance, include the affiliate account email, referral name, affected monthly period or order, and a clear explanation. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or sensitive customer information.
